• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on business litigation matters.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in business litigation, with expertise in real estate disputes.
• Ability to work independently and handle a diverse caseload.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
