Job Title: Tax Manager - Financial Services - Global Information Reporting (East Region City Locations)
Experience: 5+ years in FATCA, CRS, chapter 3 and chapter 61 of the Internal Revenue Code, Qualified Intermediaries, 871 m) or other withholding and reporting regimes
Salary: $84,980 - $193,440 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Location: East Region City Locations (22 available locations)

Position Summary:

- Strategic and creative tax professional needed for international tax regimes and global tax transparency.
- Understanding of financial services and products across industries and complex withholding tax rules.
- Coordination of international teams and managing compliance efforts.
- Experience in FATCA, CRS, 1042/1042-S reporting or 1099 required.

Responsibilities:

- Providing advisory services to financial institutions on FATCA, CRS, and other global information reporting and withholding regimes.
- Coordinating international teams to assist with compliance efforts.
- Building relationships with clients and managing engagements.
- Detailed review of reporting data, tax form validations, and notifications.
- Internal technology development and assisting with design and business requirements.
- Participation in trainings and educating tax consultants on regulations.

- Diverse team leading transformation and digitalization of tax profession.
- Providing expertise to clients in managing tax transparency regimes and deploying effective technology.
- Leading transformation and digitalization of tax department.
- Services range from tax compliance to consulting and audit readiness.

Qualifications Required:

- Ability to work within hybrid work model with in-person work 2-3 days per week.
- 5+ years' experience in relevant tax regimes.
- Experience with managing teams and workflows.
- Active accreditation such as CPA, attorney, or enrolled agent.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Preferred:

- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM.
- Previous experience with Big 4 or large CPA firm.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
