Duties:

  • Assist in project development and finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on legal matters.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement project finance strategies.
  • Provide legal advice and support on project financing structures, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Conduct research on legal and regulatory issues related to project development and finance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address client needs and achieve project objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Development & Finance, preferably from an Amlaw 100 law firm.
  • Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work product.
