Troy office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate associate attorney preferably with 6 years of experience in the following: Drafting and negotiation of complex business transaction agreements, including all aspects of buy-sell arrangements, mergers, and acquisitions, LLCs, partnerships, shareholder agreements, non-compete and employment agreements. The candidate will be preparing regulatory filings and governance documents, such as bylaws and capitalization plans. Will assist in the interpretation of laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. LLM/CPA or other tax knowledge and experience are a plus. Any portable book of business is welcome.
