Job Summary: - Responsible for managing Insurance Defense and Tort Litigation/Disputes work. - Represents insured and the company in bodily injury, property damage, and financial cases. - Prepares for and conducts legal proceedings. - Provides counsel to business clients and monitors new laws and regulations.
