A highly regarded law firm in Cleveland is currently searching for a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3-6 years of prior experience in handling Ohio workers’ compensation matters, preferably from a defense perspective. Essential qualifications include experience in managing general discovery matters, such as depositions, witness interviews, and written discovery, along with the ability to work independently on an assigned caseload.
As a Workers' Compensation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's workers' compensation practice. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of legal tasks, including representing clients in workers' compensation cases, conducting legal research, and preparing motions. Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing skills, and efficient time-management abilities are highly valued in this role.
The firm is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, creating an environment where every team member can thrive. In addition to a challenging and rewarding work environment, the firm offers a fully transparent compensation structure and comprehensive benefits. This includes paid holidays and vacation, health care insurance, 401k, and an excellent work environment that fosters professional growth and development. If you are licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and have a passion for workers' compensation law, this role offers a unique opportunity to advance your legal career.
