Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in labor and employment law.
  • Admitted to practice in New York.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Experience in both litigation/arbitration and transactional employment work.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Ability to handle labor relations and grievances.
