A law firm in Houston is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to serve as the second chair lawyer on complex commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in general corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, Reg. D securities offerings, and corporate drafting in a law firm environment. An . degree and eligibility for Texas Bar Licensure are required.

 

Duties:

  • Assist in structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis for corporate matters.
