  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
  • Providing legal counsel and support to clients on debt finance issues.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff on complex transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate debt finance.
  • Familiarity with negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions.
  • Experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.
  • Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).
  • Admission to the Illinois Bar.
