Overview:

Responsibilities:
- The Staff Attorney will primarily focus on wage, contract, and discrimination issues related to agricultural workers.
- This position will require a significant amount of travel and/or after hours work to visit low-income agricultural workers and provide know-your-rights education throughout Arizona.
- The majority of the travel will be between Phoenix and San Luis, Arizona, with the possibility of travel to other areas as needed.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or eligible for admission upon hire.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in legal services and/or a demonstrated interest in tax, employment, or farmworker law.
- The ideal candidate will also have a commitment to economic and racial justice for clients and the community.
- Fluency in Spanish is desired.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary will be based on licensure and experience.
