Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire legal process from investigation to trial
- Research and develop legal strategies for all stages of litigation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Draft legal documents and provide guidance to junior attorneys

Qualifications:
- Membership in the TN Bar with special licenses preferred
- Minimum of three years experience in litigation, preferably for insurance companies
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of insurance law and latest developments in the field
