  • Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to workers' compensation cases.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Currently licensed to practice law in Illinois.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Injury law.

 

Skills:

  • Strong desire and ability to litigate aggressively.
  • Trial experience or a willingness to take cases to trial.
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities in a high-volume environment.
