Duties:

• Take workers' compensation cases to trial, demonstrating litigation expertise.
• Work closely with the Workers Compensation Partner to gain valuable insights and experience.
• Manage a high-volume and diverse case load efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer queries, and address concerns.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to workers' compensation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Currently licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• 0-3 years of experience in Injury law.
