Job Overview:

The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will manage various aspects of client intake, case development, legal analysis, negotiations, and resolution for assigned matters within the firm's litigation practice. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to clients.

Duties:

  • Sign up new clients and manage the initial intake process.
  • Develop assigned matters through thorough legal analysis and case evaluation.
  • Analyze legal issues unique to each case and provide strategic guidance.
  • Review and respond to demands on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct negotiations with opposing parties to reach favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Initiate litigation proceedings as necessary.
  • Work towards timely resolution of legal matters.
  • Manage the disbursement of client funds according to legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Personal Injury law preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and good standing.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
