In this role, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the intricate landscape of consumer financial regulations, encompassing state and federal frameworks and addressing issues related to payments, credit products, and unfair business practices. As a key member of the market-leading team, your responsibilities will include providing expert counsel on emerging platforms and FinTech, mortgage lending and services, and the evolving world of cryptocurrency and digital assets. Your unwavering commitment to client service will be instrumental in ensuring the clients receive the exceptional legal guidance they deserve. With 4+ years of regulatory experience under your belt and active membership in a local Bar in good standing, you will be well-equipped to thrive in this role.
