Job Details:

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications related to AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with inventors to understand new AI technologies and assess their patentability.

  • Experience with AI models, neural networks, and deep learning is required.
  • Must have experience with AI/ML theory including backpropagation, regularization, optimization, preprocessing data, selecting features, training/tuning models, and deploying models to production environments.
  • Domain experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, computer vision, or related AI fields is preferred.
  • Experience liaising with clients to develop and manage portfolios is desirable.
  • Registered to practice with the USPTO.
  • Active member and in good standing of the TX Bar or eligible to waive into the appropriate Bar.
