A law firm in Rockford is in search of an Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in estate planning. The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Conduct client consultations to assess their individual needs and goals.
• Draft, review, and modify estate planning documents to ensure legal compliance and client objectives.
• Advise clients on tax implications, wealth preservation, and asset distribution strategies.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to create holistic estate plans.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of relevant experience in estate planning.
