The attorney will be responsible for various tasks within intellectual property law, including patent preparation and prosecution in mechanical, design patent preparation and prosecution. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, along with exceptional project management abilities. Duties: • Conduct patent preparation and prosecution in mechanical arts. • Handle design patent preparation and prosecution. • Manage trademark preparation and prosecution, including inter partes actions. • Perform IP due diligence in mergers and acquisitions. • Provide support for IP litigation matters. • Assist in IP licensing negotiations and agreements. Requirements: • JD from an accredited law school. • 2 years of experience in Intellectual Property Mechanical law. • Strong research and writing skills. • Exceptional project management abilities. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
