Position Summary:
- Primary responsibility for overseeing regional transaction and compliance functions
- Review and analyze contracts and agreements for McCarthy Building Companies and its related entities
- Lead negotiations with clients and vendors
- Partner with regional leadership to evaluate projects and provide expertise
- Highly visible position with significant collaboration and interaction throughout the organization

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and support in regional strategy and consistent application of policies and procedures
- Review and analyze contractual language for agreements with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Lead negotiations for contract terms and conditions
- Review and negotiate other construction-related agreements
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance and up-to-date terms and conditions
- Draft memoranda and provide legal advice and training for McCarthy team members

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate and license in one state
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction contract negotiation and analysis
- In-depth knowledge of construction and procurement contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects
- Versatility, flexibility, and ability to work independently
