The ideal candidate should be admitted to practice in New York, possess strong academic credentials, and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and regular court appearances is highly desirable.

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload involving litigation matters.
• Take and defend depositions as part of case preparation.
• Draft and argue motions in court proceedings.
• Appear regularly in court for hearings and other proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with legal support staff for efficient case management.
• Provide legal advice to clients based on thorough analysis.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in litigation.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of New York.
