Job Details:

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide expert counseling and dispute resolution services for domestic and international matters.
• Offer regulatory advice and counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor legal strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements.
• High level of academic achievement.
• Previous law firm experience is essential.
• Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
• Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
