A law firm is seeking a talented Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their team at State College. Duties:

• Conduct due diligence and review relevant documents to identify potential legal issues.
• Advise on planned community and condominium matters, leveraging experience in these areas.
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored legal strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Handle all aspects of real estate transactions from initiation to completion.
• Provide guidance on zoning, land use, and environmental issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) with active licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Planned community and condominium experience is a plus.

4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
