The candidate will communicate with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns and provide advice. Will develop Strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively. Review discovery documents and determine the best course of action for each client in each case. Take, review, and administer full depositions and oral hearings of cases witnesses, and experts. Prepare all documents required to file cases. Work closely with staff to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial. Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on cased requirements. Schedule and administer full depositions of cases, witnesses, and experts. Review discovery documents and determine the best course of action for the client in each case. Must be licensed in NJ. Proficiency in negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and resolving property damage claims is required. Should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT), Case Management systems such as Smart Advocate., and Document Management systems. Bilingual in Spanish/English - advanced.
