A law firm in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Health Care Regulatory Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in health care regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have experience representing providers and professional entities in various areas including business transactions, fraud and abuse issues such as Stark and anti-kickback laws, licensure and enrollment, and reimbursement within Medicare and Medicaid statutory and regulatory frameworks. Strong business acumen, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills are essential, along with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to health care providers and professional entities.
  • Handle various health care regulatory matters including business transactions, fraud and abuse issues, licensure and enrollment, and reimbursement within Medicare and Medicaid frameworks.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on health care laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to develop strategies and solutions.
  • Manage client relationships and provide effective client service.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of Las Vegas.
  • 3+ years of experience in health care regulatory matters.
  • Experience representing providers and professional entities preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health care laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
  • Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of Las Vegas.
