**Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney - Junior Level (Judicial Clerks Only) - Law Firm - Seattle** Law Firm is currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office. The successful candidate will have 0-3 years of experience and must be currently clerking for a federal court judge or state Supreme Court justice. **Requirements:** - Outstanding written and oral communication skills - Excellent references - Excellent academic credentials - Immediately transferable skills - Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills - Previous work history The successful candidate must also have empathy for each client’s and each lawyer’s work and personal pressures, business objectives, and legal needs; anticipate their needs; and have the capabilities and commitment to deliver what matters most to them. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus and health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), vacation, sick time, 10 paid holidays each year and an employee assistance program. For full-time employees, the initial sick leave benefit is 80 hours of sick leave per year. Attorneys generally take approximately three weeks of vacation from work each year, and it may vary depending on the needs of the clients and the firm. Additional voluntary benefits programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long term care, and pet insurance.
