Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on technology and intellectual property issues.
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, collaboration, license, outsourcing, and joint venture agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on matters related to life sciences transactions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal advice.
• Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends affecting technology and intellectual property transactions.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of legal experience in technology and intellectual property transactions.
• Strong background in life sciences transactions.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
