Requirements:

  • Admission to the Nevada State Bar.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing employment law, focusing on representing plaintiffs.
  • Thoroughly understand federal and state employment laws, regulations, and court decisions.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
