Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including personal injury litigation.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis of issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar: New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
• Minimum of 3+ years of insurance defense experience, preferably focusing on personal injury litigation.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently.
• Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment.
