Executive Director - Business Support Services

KPMG is currently seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our Office of General Counsel (OGC) team as an Associate General Counsel-Litigation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide legal support in the areas of civil litigation, regulatory investigations, and other legal matters for the firm. As a member of our OGC team, you will have the chance to work with a diverse group of professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel on civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, regulatory investigations, and other legal matters for the firm
- Represent KPMG and its professionals in litigation proceedings and regulatory investigations
- Develop and implement strategies to successfully defend litigation claims and regulatory investigations
- Collaborate with outside counsel and other members of the OGC team to deliver high-quality legal representation
- Report to and consult with senior leaders within the OGC team on issues arising in litigation and regulatory matters
- Assist in developing financial projections for supervised matters

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 18 years of experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal department
- JD or LLM from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the .
