The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial finance transactions for banks, with a focus on loan documentation, diligence, and other secured lending matters. This position offers a hybrid in-office/remote working arrangement and the opportunity to work directly with lenders and other counsel with minimal supervision.
