Counsel on legal aspects of solicitations and agreements with government agencies and strategic partners.
Draft, review, and edit various agreements and manage the workflow of agreements throughout the contracting lifecycle.
Support AAHI's Sponsored Research team and provide legal advice and training to employees on government contracting matters.
Collaborate and communicate frequently with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
