Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to effectively manage cases.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Oregon State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

  • Experience in civil litigation, particularly IP litigation.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations about cybercrime and intellectual property.
