As an AVP, Associate Counsel, you will play a crucial role in supporting our industry-leading Institution Services business, which provides investment and insurance services to over 1,000 banks and credit unions across the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and closing a high volume and wide variety of networking agreements, ensuring compliance with all contracting processes and standards. You will also provide sound legal advice on federal and state securities, banking, and insurance laws, and collaborate with our business colleagues and other teams to drive thought leadership in this practice area.

To excel in this role, you must have a JD from a nationally accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction in the . You should also have 4-7 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, with a preference for those with experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
