# Lateral Staff Attorney

Organization is seeking to immediately fill several vacancies for the position of Staff Attorney to serve its mission of protecting and defending the rights and dignity of its clients. Successful applicants will be able to work independently and collaboratively.

## Requirements

- Admitted to the New Hampshire Bar or be eligible for immediate admission by waiver
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated commitment to criminal defense
- A team-orientated, professional demeanor
- The ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- A strong and established work ethic

## Salary and Benefits

Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, vison and life/disability insurance and a 403(b)-retirement plan with employer matching after first year as outlined in plan agreement.

Every Staff Attorney is provided with:
