  • Analyze insurance policies and provide legal counsel on coverage matters
  • Handle litigation from case inception through trial in state and federal courts
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance laws and policy interpretation principles
  • Draft and review legal documents related to insurance coverage disputes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Insurance Coverage Attorney
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, laws, and policy interpretation principles
  • Admission to practice in NJ/NY; PA admission is a plus
  • Litigation experience from case inception through trial

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications
