As a Legal Technology Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, optimizing legal processes, and identifying and implementing technology solutions to meet the specific needs of legal departments. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development and support the growth and success of Deloitte Tax LLP.

What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
- Work with a team to optimize legal processes and implement technology solutions
- Identify, design, and leverage technology and innovative solutions for legal departments
- Provide training and support for processes and technologies
- Understand the broader practice and Deloitte overall and maintain relationships with clients
- Perform role of counselor and coach, participate in staffing process and retention activities
- Develop and maintain contacts, organize and lead pursuit teams, and contribute to business development

Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience with legal and/or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with contract lifecycle management software, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, and visualization/BI tools
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs
- One of the following accreditations: CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, Paralegal Certification, Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, SAS Certified Data Scientist, DocuSign, iCertis, Onit Product Suite, Conga CLM, Agiloft, Sirion Labs, Kira, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer Passport, Mitratech Team Connect and TAP

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience with template rationalization, guide/playbook creation, and contracting processes
