A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an experienced Attorney with 3-5 years of expertise in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in representing clients in personal injury cases, providing legal counsel, and advocating for their rights.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, and product liability cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong case strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Prepare and participate in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Stay current with changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong litigation skills with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong ethical and professional conduct.
