A law firm in Peoria is actively seeking a qualified Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in employment law. The successful candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of employment law matters to clients.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and related documents.
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including discrimination and wrongful termination cases.
• Conduct legal research on employment laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of specific experience in employment law.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
