Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate real estate transactions.
  • Experience with joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
