The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills, along with excellent professional credentials and client service capabilities.

Duties:

• Provide legal services related to ERISA and employee benefits matters.
• Assist clients in compliance with ERISA regulations and other relevant laws.
• Advise clients on retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and other employee benefits arrangements.
• Draft and review legal documents, including plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and agreements.
• Negotiate terms of employee benefits plans and transactions.
• Represent clients in disputes and litigation related to employee benefits.
• Stay updated on changes in employee benefits laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in any state.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERISA and employee benefits law.
• Excellent professional credentials and client service capabilities.
• Strong analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.

Education:
