Acton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior estate planning associate attorney with 6+ years of experience in creating, drafting, and implementing comprehensive trust-based estate plans, and an interest in stepping out into the community and educating parents about the need for planning. The candidate will meet with clients and provide a positive and confidential experience. Will research and analyze complex legal issues relating to Estate Planning matters. Draft advanced planning and trust documents. Develop comprehensive protection plans for parents of minor children. Draft plans for clients. Network in the community, which could involve after-hour events. Network with other professionals for cross-selling opportunities. Attend the Firms? and other seminars to promote personal growth. Supervise and delegate work to Paralegals to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Experience drafting asset-based trusts is essential. Must have trust experience. Must have financial asset protection planning. Advanced planning expertise relating to minor children is a plus. Should have wealth planning experience. MS Office required. Experience drafting on a HotDocs platform strongly preferred, Wealth Counsel a plus. Massachusetts Bar License required. New Hampshire Bar License a plus.
