Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level construction and public contracts associate attorney ideally with 4-6 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials. The candidate will join a team of attorneys representing construction clients in all facets of their businesses - from bid protests, claim preparation and presentation, and negotiations, to mediations, litigation, and appeals. Evaluate, manage, and monitor significant complex disputes and litigation matters on a national basis, engage in risk management of potential claims, develop litigation and resolution strategies, report to clients, manage local counsel, and experts, and collaborate with multiple entities. Should have experience with e-discovery. Experience litigating various types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, and breach of contract claims, is a plus. Admission to Massachusetts Bar is required. Must have excellent writing and oral communication skills along with an excellent academic record.
