  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the law firm to address client needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, with a strong emphasis on healthcare-related matters.
  • Proven experience working with private equity funds and healthcare providers.
  • Additional experience or a demonstrated interest in behavioral health law is a significant advantage.
  • High level of academic achievement, with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission.
