As an intern in the Consumer Protection Division, you will have the opportunity to:

- Conduct legal research on consumer protection laws and regulations

- Participate in settlement negotiations with entities and individuals accused of deceptive or unfair practices
- Collaborate with other state attorneys general and state and federal agencies in joint enforcement efforts

The Florida Attorney General's Internship Program is open to law students enrolled in an accredited ABA law school. Interns must be able to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week and provide documentation of eligibility for academic credit or participation in a law school sponsored program.

Law students who are not receiving academic credit may also apply through participation in a law school sponsored program such as Pro Bono Programs, Law School sponsored clinics, or Law School Paid Stipend programs.
