A law firm in San Francisco is actively seeking a Mid-level to Senior Wealth Planning Associate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in high-net-worth wealth planning. The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding academic credentials, and experience managing projects and client contacts. Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax strategies and laws is essential. Preferred candidates will have law firm or accounting firm experience in estate planning and be currently enrolled in or have completed a related . program. The candidate must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.

 

Duties:

  • Manage and execute high-net-worth wealth planning projects.
  • Provide legal counsel on estate and gift tax strategies and laws.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and manage client contacts.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to wealth planning.
  • Conduct research on complex wealth planning issues.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in high-net-worth wealth planning.
  • Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to and in good standing with the California Bar.

 

Education:

Completed or currently enrolled in a related . program (preferred).

 

Skills:
