The candidate will be working closely with clients to: advise on wireless applications and assist with public review processes; draft ordinances regulating use of rights of way and private land by communications providers (including wireless); draft agreements and franchises with communications and cable companies; advise and advocate for local governments on policy matters before state and federal authorities such as in filings to the Federal Communications Commission and briefs in federal courts. Should have Bar admission.
