Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, focusing on maritime and transportation law.
• Strong understanding of federal and state laws, regulations, and court procedures related to maritime and transportation litigation.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
