A law firm in Rockford is seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in commercial transactions. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel to clients in commercial transactions, including contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft and review a variety of commercial agreements, such as purchase agreements, licensing agreements, and partnership contracts.
• Advise clients on legal matters related to business transactions and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth and legally sound transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of relevant experience in commercial transactions.
