Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials related to homeowners association and condominium law matters.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on issues pertaining to collections, foreclosures, residential real estate, and corporate law within community associations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage caseload efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.
• Prior experience in collections and foreclosures, residential real estate, and corporate law preferred.
• Experience working with community associations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
