A law firm in Sebastian is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting with a transactional real estate and business law caseload and helping grow the firm. Provide legal support in transactional real estate and business law matters. Assist in growing the firm's client base and expanding its practice areas.

Duties:

• Handle transactional real estate matters, including purchases, sales, leases, and financing.
• Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and documents.
• Conduct due diligence and title examinations.
• Represent clients in real estate closings and negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on business law matters related to real estate transactions.
• Assist in business development efforts to grow the firm's client base.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in good standing.
• 3-5 years of prior attorney experience in real estate law.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in good standing.

Skills:
