Child Support Enforcement Bureau: Represents the Department of Revenue in 12 counties in Florida, providing services such as establishment of paternity and support, enforcement of child support orders, and modifications of orders. Also offers appellate representation.

Job Description:

- Provide quality legal services to State Agencies/Departments in Florida
- Represent the Department of Revenue in child support cases
- Appear in front of various judges and hearing officers
- Gain practical experience in a legal field
- Perform meaningful work towards completion of degree
- Available for law student interns only
- Minimum of 20 hours per week required
- Number and locations of internships based on agency need and opportunity
- Applications accepted on a rolling basis, but early applications are encouraged

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in an accredited ABA law school
- Able to intern for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must provide documentation of enrollment and eligibility for academic credit or participation in a law school sponsored program
- 2nd and 3rd year law students must provide a writing sample at the time of interview if selected
